What you need to provide

• Your company colors if you so wish
• Your e-mail and website address
• Your picture and or logo in an electronic format
• 5 X 7 panels of the messages you wish to express and the order you want them shown. If you don't know how, just provide us the text in an electronic format and we will create the panels for $35.00 per hour. Minimum 1 hour. Remember people want bullets, not a novel
• All photos that you want included in an electronic format named as you wish them to appear and in what order
• A basic sketch of how you want the label on the CD to appear. We will e-mail you up to 3 versions at no additional cost

Content Creation Rates

• Basic file creation can have up to 100 images/pages
• Text pages will be created at $35.00 ea.
• Client Provided images can be added at $5.00 ea. (must be in jpeg format)
• Custom Label Design $150.00
• Changes & Updates $35.00 for up to 4 pages
• Customization for individual staff members (photo, e-mail and contact info) $35.00
• File will be e-mailed for approval

Card Production Rates

• $5.00 each for orders under 25 (includes label and plastic sleeve)
• 26 to 100 $4.50
• 101 to 500 $4.00
• 501 to 1000 $3.50
• Rates are less for a full size circular CD and range from $1.50 - $.75 per unit
• Purchaser responsible for shipping and duties if applicable

• Do my clients need a good computer to? NO. The beauty of this file format is it will run in PC or MAC no matter what the age!
